Submissions on Bill No. 37 of 2017

The Standing Committee on Justice, Law and Human Rights (‘Committee’) has been tasked with scrutinizing and making necessary amendments to the International Arbitration Bill, 2017 (Bill No. 37 of 2017).

Written submissions should be submitted to the Secretariat no later than 4pm on Thursday 27^th July 2017.

Oral submissions on the Bill will be heard by the Standing Committee on Tuesday, 25^th July 2017 and Wednesday 26^th July 2017.
