Parliament House Experience
We arrange exhibits, tours and events that encourage people to visit Parliament House and experience our democracy in action.
Parliament Discovery Centre is our Parliament House experience flagship.
A dedicated exhibition space at Parliament House, called Parliament Discovery Centre, will include exhibits and digital displays to inform the community about the history, people, procedures and work of the Parliament.
The aim is to encourage the community to visit Parliament House. The discovery centre will be linked to a tours and events program.
Experience Parliament Sitting And Deliberations
The community is able to see Parliament in action by visiting Parliament during sitting days and watching the debate from the Public Gallery.
A total of 76 schools and 32 community groups visited parliament in 2015.
