One of Fiji’s longest running insurance companies yesterday donated a $3000-cheque to Parliament to assist the institution with its preparations towards the forthcoming 25th Asia Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF) hosted by Fiji.

“The kind donation will certainly further boost preparation works for the APPF,” she said.

“As the forum nears, so does the pressure for preparatory works and such a kind gesture comes as a great relief and help because it will assist in most areas.

“On behalf of the Speaker Hon. Dr Jiko Luveni, Parliament would like to heartily thank LICI for its generous donation.”
